Prior to moving in we will use our Theory of Left technique that consists of viewing your home from several different angles & perspectives while ensuring your home exceeds our criteria in regards to being Move in ready, for you. You will also have direct contact access to your leasing associate that will assist you with utility connection, loading zone reservations and just overall ensuring that you have a great move in experience.

As a resident at our property, we want you to enjoy your living experience. When submitting a service request, our team will use their fob programmed to your door to access your apartment. This allows you to continue to do the things you enjoy in life and worry less about service requests.

We offer our very own, in-house Service Team to maintain and maintenance the community. We also offer 24/7 maintenance for maintenance emergencies that will need to be address rapidly.

We firmly believe in offering convenient services for our residents. Any service requests can be complete by the tip of your fingers by logging into our personalized resident app. Any service requests submitted online will go directly to our service team for completion.

In the event you are locked out you would need to call a locksmith to assist you. We can help provide a list of local locksmith companys you can reach out to.

We offer covered parking inside of our gated parking garage. Our residents have the option to select unreserved or reserved parking at varying costs.

The Lights at Northwinds offers a clubhouse with a large conference room, Sky Lounge with coffee bar and rooftop deck, resort style pool, Lounging Courtyard with grills, fitness center, Car Charging Stations, Dog Run, pet spa and weekly wash and folder service, and weekly breakfast.

Our pools and Decks are avaiable from 7 AM - 10 PM Daily.

Yes, we are pet friendly. In fact, we also believe that our furry family member should enjoy a lavish lifestyle as well. We offer a Pet Run and Washing Station.

Our standardize appliance package offers all GE appliances including: Full sized or stacked washer and dryer, smart thermostats, Glass top stoves, overhead microwaves and ventilation fans, Side by Side Refrigerator with all appliances being stainless steel.

We do not offer furnished apartments.

When reviewing your application, we request 3 business days to thoroughly review all residency applications.

For your convenience, we offer paperless electronic payments on our online resident portal.

For your protection, we do require all residents to have renters’ insurance coverage.

We understand that life has its obstacles at times. For that reason, we do offer an option to terminate early. This addendum will be added to your lease contract at signing and will display any termination costs.

As your management team, we will connect your water and sewer for you. Your electricity can be connected with Georgia power by following this link. There are no gas utilities in your apartment home.

Your rent will only cover the apartment home in which you occupy. All utilities will be billed in addition to your rent based upon your usage. (Water and Sewer)

Yes, there is a MARTA bus stop on Haynes Bridge near the entrance of the community.
